This Refund Policy applies to paid PaperBridge subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below alongside our Terms of Service.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annual). Fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
If you experience a significant problem with the service, please contact support first — we will work to resolve it. Refunds for service issues are considered case-by-case at our reasonable discretion.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
