Last updated: June 2026
By accessing or using the PaperBridge website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
PaperBridge provides software for uploading documents, extracting structured data, routing them through review and approval workflows, and syncing data to connected systems. We may update, improve or modify features over time.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with the platform's operation, or using it to infringe the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us the rights necessary to process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit.
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
The service may integrate with third-party tools you choose to connect (such as accounting software). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance or in response to security or legal concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaperBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. On termination, the rights granted to you will end, subject to provisions that survive by their nature.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
